SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for purchasing Tidewater Tileworks artisan tiles. Our tiles are handmade, and we stock some configurations. Orders will ship out within 1-2 weeks if in stock, 3-6 weeks if not. Custom tile projects may take longer, and the time frame will be discussed with the customer.

Because our tiles are handmade, we make sure that we package and ship your new tiles with great care. If the box is obviously damaged due to the fault of the shipper, make a claim with the shipper. They will reimburse you. Contact us to order a replacement. We will do our best to expedite your replacement. You will still need to pay for the merchandise and shipping, as you will be reimbursed for the original loss.

If the box arrives in good condition, please inspect your purchase and if there are any problems, please inform us within 5 days of receipt. We will replace any tiles broken during shipment if the fault is ours (must contact us within 5 days and provide proof of damage with a picture of broken product in shipping container.) After 5 days, Tidewater Tileworks is not responsible for any damage.

RETURN POLICY

Tidewater Tileworks will accept returns in good condition for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Sale of promotional items, limited editions and custom tiles are final sale; no refunds or exchanges will be given. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Package your return in the same manner you received them. Tiles are fragile! We cannot make a refund or exchange for tiles that arrive broken.
